Plastic Grade Kaolin

Product Overview:

Aalok Overseas India manufactures Plastic Grade Kaolin, a surface-treated and calcined clay filler used across PVC, HDPE/LDPE film, masterbatch and cable compound manufacturing. Its fine particle size, high whiteness and low moisture content improve opacity, thermal stability and mechanical strength in finished plastic products, while offering cost-effective replacement of higher-priced fillers.

Chemical Analysis (Typical):

Al2O3: 37-39% | SiO2: 45-47% | Fe2O3: <0.4% | TiO2: <0.3% | LOI: 12-13% | GE Brightness: 85-90% | Moisture: <0.5% | d50: 1-3 micron.

Mesh Sizes / Fineness:

325 mesh, 44 micron, 10 micron and 2 micron ultra-fine calcined grade for masterbatch & compounding applications.

PVC pipes, cables & profiles, HDPE/LDPE film & sheet, masterbatch filler, plastic compounding, wire & cable insulation, PVC flooring, plastic sheets requiring improved opacity, UV resistance and dimensional stability.
